I am a member of the merkez since last year; I heard a lot (of good) about the merkez so I was very attracted and I am now very attached lol The teachers sympathy and patience really motivates and, most of all, the lesson quality Allahumma baarik 3aleykum. May Allah reward you.
I wasn’t very confident in myself when it came to speaking, I concentrated more on writing but now with the merkez I dare and even if I make mistakes al hamdulillah my teacher helps me identifying my mistakes and does everything for the student to understand.
Anyway, the program is way more efficient than the programs given at the university. jazakoumallahu kheirah wa barakallahu fikoum
For men, women and teenagers, the courses are adapted to non-arabic speakers (even if you don’t know a single letter of the alphabet and not a single word).
Our teachers are trained and experienced in teaching arabic as a foreign language.
Patient and nurturing, they will know how to transmit their knowledge.
Group courses have the advantage to motivate the students thanks to the galvanizing effect of the group.
Our program is composed of 12 levels, it is intended to be complete in all areas of the language.
It is a program that we have designed based on several recognized books in the Arabic language, as well as the experience and knowledge of our educational team, so that it is as complete as possible
As an indication, once at level 5, the student is able to converse on various everyday topics,
At level 10 the student has a high school/study level from an Arabic-speaking country
An exam to verify your achievement at midterm and at the end of a session.
A restricted number of students per group. Between 3 and 6 students for each class.
Go in for the immersion method and see effective progress
Based on 12 levels, it’s made to cover all areas of the language.
he constant pace allows a continuous progress and is suitable for already busy students.
A secretary is available per email in your language to follow and advise you anytime you need it.
We are convinced supporters of the immersion method in language learning.
That’s why our courses are 100% in arabic.
We sincerely believe that learning a language through english or any other language is an educational disaster...
It’s easier for the student (and the teacher), it’s pleasant but it turns out to be a handicap..
By learning Arabic through English, the beginning will be extremely prompt, the student will immediately see progress (counter to the 100% immersion method) but he will come to stagnate (at a beginner level), he will not understand the deep meaning of a speech/text and will be unable to “think in arabic”, nor to speak arabic...
He will use the translation mode, and that is a calamity..
The bravest who will pass this difficult stage will fully understand that.
📌 But what if I don’t understand anything?!
Yes, at the beginning it is difficult to adapt, it is frustrating to feel lost in the teachers speech, but don’t panic (or at least don’t feel dejected) Hundreds(yes hundreds! ) of students have been there before!
It’s normal to start with guessing what the teacher is trying to say, then after a while you will begin to understand some words, then sentences and after that full speeches…Your understanding rate will rise gradually with your progress.
It’s a difficult but essential stage to get used to “think in arabic”.Once this stage is achieved, new doors will open for you in your arabic learning,, and you will be pleased to discover those pleasures in your higher levels.*The grammar and translation method is outdated and obselete, but still way too much used ( for sake of convenience...)
[...] I know brothers who study the Madina books and, alhamdulillah, I realized thatI have a much better level by studying with you the program of Al Kunuz
they have no basic knowledge of grammatical analysis (i'rab ) And when we speak of a rule that we have all studied, they lack many notions and details.
I think, macha Allah, you have a great program barak Allahou fikoum
I recommend to everyone the arabic courses of the merkez Al Kunuz.
I studied arabic for years when I was younger and I thought to have a good level butI found out by passing the level test that I didn’t know that much(I was placed at level 1).
Ma cha Allah, I am very pleased, I learned a lot ( spelling, grammar, vocabulary… ) it’s a very serious institute, with a good follow-up, and the teachers are an example of kindness. Really, I can only recommend!
I started a bit more than one year ago at level 0, I am now finishing alhamdulillah the level 5.
These are really high quality lessons with high qualified teachers mashallah.
The Program is very complete : reading, grammar, spelling, dictation and conversation.
I really like this part of the lesson because it allowed me to progress a lot.
I can now talk about various topics such as the Prophets (pbuh) wifes biographies or the night journey of the Prophet (pbuh) whereas at the beginning I could hardly tell my age, my profession, and the number of brothers and sisters I have, looool.
I spread the word about Al Kunuz around me because I think that it is one of the best solutions to learn arabic [...]
